Prior To Issuance Of A Permit.
All plans for work in structures containing more than 35,000
cubit feet (other than residential and agricultural structures) shall be
properly stamped and meet all requirements set forth in Sections 113 & 127
of the Massachusetts State Building Code.
If applying for a dwelling
permit and you plan to install a wood stove, indicate under “other” the name of
the stove and where it is to be located in the dwelling. This will preclude another permit being
issued for the stove; however, it must be installed and ready for inspection
during final inspection.

Protective Zoning Bylaw:
